George R.R. Martin, the man behind the hugely popular Game of Thrones series, has been confirmed to write a reimagined screenplay for the Lord of the Rings trilogy, set to be released right after he finishes the seventh book in The Song of Ice and Fire in 2034.
Maybe this is just the downside of an otherwise great thing; technology. But it’s at least worth pointing out that there is something is seriously wrong with who makes it and who doesn’t in the world of music.
