You can offer help, be there for someone, and do everything to let them know they aren’t alone, and their depression still may win.
Because nobody is coming, the rescue boats aren’t on the way, and your prince charming isn’t going to come.
The difference was, I meant it.
I am still a human being, and still, have love and hope. My depression doesn’t make me broken; it makes me human. It makes me vulnerable.
We spend so much energy trying to make something work, rather than realizing the opportunities that are right in front of us.
Think about how far you’ve come.
Am I crazy for not moving on? For having hope?
