What if I told you ‘ready’ was an illusion, and there is never a perfect time to do something bold, new, or uncertain.
I want a president who is good at love, and isn’t scared to show the world some.
You survived. You made it through.
I think it’s important to realize that we continue onward and upward regardless of the past and though our futures are unknown and unwritten, don’t forget that when nothing is certain, anything is possible.
Quit your job, learn to ride a motorcycle, and book a cruise to Mexico. Become a rodeo clown. Eat ice cream for dinner. Cut off all your hair. Do a cartwheel. Go skydiving and try anal sex (but not at the same time).
Do the hard thing. Have the scary conversation. Choose the uncertain future. Take a risk. Be yourself. Speak your mind and share your soul.
It’s not good enough to not stand up. It’s not good enough to stay silent. It’s not good enough to stay out of it.
We take our power back by unlearning the programs we were taught as kids. We take our power back by regressing back to our expressive selves.
Yoga fucking sucks and I hate it. It’s also one of the best things in my life.
