I think expressing one’s self is very important. But I also think the minute we feel the need to express ourselves simply because we can, rather than because we have something of value to say is how we abuse and overuse talking.

But the truth is we wait for perfect moments because we don’t think that we are enough in the moments that we have.
And maybe we don’t do ourselves any favors by trying to hold onto what we think we know. Because what we think we know is also always changing too.
