I wish I could say that I’m better off without you,

Today was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives, and it still is. Plans change but love endures.

For all that falls apart and spins out of control, I am still standing and thriving.

While you can’t instantly switch to a better mood, there are things you can do that can help to alleviate your pain.

I like to think I have moved on, and maybe in some way I have. But on other days, I still wake up dreaming about you.

This is me coming to terms that the person I loved no longer exists.

Today, I’m making a conscious decision to choose calmness, grace, and openness.

I am slowly learning that I don’t need a relationship to complete me and I am enough the way I am.

You don’t give up on the one you love.
