I’ve always been the heart-on-my-sleeve type of woman. But to find out that it’s actually the men in this survey who were twice as likely to confess their emotions?! That’s honestly so refreshing.

When no one’s looking, do we return the money in the wallet to the stranger that dropped it on the bus? Do we leave a positive anonymous comment? Do we speak with kindness about a friend?
Taking yourself out of a toxic situation, or into a healthy one is not wrong. Establishing where you stand in regards to a certain issue or choice is not wrong. Being honest about your emotions, even if it might make someone feel ‘bad’ in the process is not wrong.
You are not defined by the times you have failed—your identity is found in Christ, not in this worldly place or pain.
Anyone who loves you will open arms to you, not think you’re a burden.
If you’re not going to believe—in me, in us—then you’re wasting your time.
Love is thousands of tiny moments—exhausting, frustrating, wonderful, and inconsequential—that build a connection that’s beyond temporary.
Forget
