Just because I don’t believe that anything happens after we die doesn’t mean that I believe we should just give up living.
I don’t entirely know what I believe in regards to life and love. But who does at this point in their lives?
We know, somewhere deep down, that we deserve way more than some hormone-crazed crush that says pretty things for approximately two days before disappearing back into the woodwork. Whether you believe it or not, you are actually worth something outside of the bedroom.
I fall in and out of love constantly, giving a tiny piece of my heart to every person that reaches their hand toward it. And, sometimes, I collect tiny pieces in return so I can build my own mosaic heart, made up of tiny shards of all the other hearts that I encounter.
At approximately 5’5’’ (give or take an inch or two), you can’t claim to be either tall or short without someone arguing the opposite.
They’re getting married. As in, sleeping in the same bed next to each other each night, sharing bills and debt, bound to each other for eternity (well, that’s the idea, at least). And you still haven’t deleted Tinder off of your phone.
