A heating pad is essential for someone who is suffering from any chronic illness that comes with chronic pain.
The truth is, we do want to work. We want to be able to function like a “normal” person, but we are unable to due to pain and/or other symptoms.
It’s important we don’t judge people on the small glimpse we have into their lives from pictures.
Living with a chronic illness is unpredictable, but trying to plan for the day or week ahead can still help with managing all the things we still have to keep up with, despite our pain and illness.
Remember, it’s okay to say no.
