It wasn’t until recently that I realized I was no longer the awkward recent grad in the office who complained about all the “older” people at work constantly talking about weddings and babies, and instead I am now one of those older co-workers who graduated years ago and talks a whole lot about weddings.

This past weekend, I was sitting on a couch drinking wine when my friend exclaimed, “Wow. We look like such 25 year olds.”
It feels like I graduated college yesterday, and I don’t feel like much has changed since. I don’t feel any older. I don’t feel like any major life changes have taken place.
If a friend in a relationship is looking to go out for a low key night with some other couples, she’s not going to ask her single friend to come with.
