Buffy The Vampire Slayer Cast Reunited Which Means I Haven’t Stopped Crying All Day
By Ari Eastman
Hello, 911? I’d like to report an emergency. My heart burst this morning and I’m not sure what to do about it. Pls send help. Thank you soooo much.
If you know me even the tiniest bit, it’s safe to say you know that I am a diehard Buffy The Vampire Slayer fan. Did I drive 300 miles to attend a live taping of a podcast that literally just recaps episodes? Was I dressed as Spike this past Halloween? Do I have the B logo tattooed on my body? I’M NOT AT LIBERTY TO SAY.
I could wax poetic all day long about what the show means to me, but I’ll spare you. For now.
So as you can imagine, my Sunnydale lovin’ soul freaked the FUCK out out when EW posted an article of the cast reuniting in honor of the 20th anniversary.
In addition, the cast has taken over EW’s Instagram, so if you’ve heard some weird squealing sound in the far off distance, it’s me. Squealing.
Apparently, not only will the Scooby Gang be gracing EW’s cover, they will also be releasing three limited-edition collector’s covers. GO AHEAD, JUST TAKE MY MONEY.
I am, however, a little disappointed that everyone’s favorite Watcher wasn’t included. But rest assured Giles – uh, I mean Anthony Stewart Head is still doing wonderful things and is currently in a production in London. Break a leg, Tony!
a play in London 🙁

Anyway, if you need me, I’ll be binging the whole series before it disappears from Netflix on April 1st. (And then I’ll be switching to Hulu – SEE YA NEVER NETFLIX!!!)
