How To Guarantee A Great Day Every Day

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out.” — Robert Collier
A solid morning/night routine is something that should be present in everyone’s life.
No matter what time you start and end your day or if it differs from day to day. If you do the same tasks every day, you are winning at life. You get yourself in the mindset for a great day and a rejuvenating sleep.
It is similar to how a writer may have an entire routine before they can start writing. How a dancer has a set warm-up that they do before a performance. You must craft what your perfect morning and night routines look like.
Things you should incorporate into your morning routine:
1. Making your bed
This is almost closure from your night’s sleep. it’s saying hello to a new day and putting all that was yesterday either good or bad to rest.
2. Washing your face
If you do this every day, it will not only help your skin, but it will also help you wake you up. It is a refreshing and sometimes startling feeling to get your face wet.
3. Working out
This will get your heart pumping and get you ready to start the day. Even if it is simply a few jumping jacks or high knees, something is better than nothing.
Things you should incorporate into your night routine:
1. Flossing
No, not the dance move. The habit of flossing at least once a day is quite beneficial. It prevents tooth decay and reduces developing gum decay while simultaneously making your teeth look whiter.
2. Reading a book or journaling
If you put your phone away and read a book or journal every night, it is a great way to naturally put your mind at ease. It improves creativity, reduces stress, and strengthens your concentration.
3. Stretching
Reading and journaling may put your mind at ease, but stretching is a fantastic way to put your body at ease. It will get all of the lactic acid, rusty bones and tight muscles and ligaments free once more. It is a great way to release stress and tension that you have built up throughout the day.
The beginning and the end are the things that we remember the most. So, if you have a fantastic way to start and end your day. No matter how awful the middle part is, you will overall have a more fulfilling life.
