I Don’t Even Recognize You Anymore

i found myself staring at your hands
staring at the back of your head
and most of all getting lost in your eyes
how sad is it
that you’d fake being in love and crush everything in your path
how can you still sleep so soundly at night
with the many horrors that you have done
i no longer take the pleasure in staring at you
you sadly have become something i can’t recognize anymore
