Married a guy I don’t love because he wanted to take care of the baby, I haven’t told him I already aborted it

My boyfriend in a loveless relationship asked me to marry him yesterday. I said yes. Today, he told me it was because he found the positive pregnancy test I had from two weeks ago, and wanted to support the kid, even though he doesn’t love me anymore. I didn’t tell him that I aborted last week.

We both already called up all our family members and announced everything on Facebook. I don’t have the heart to go back on it all and tell him the truth.
