When You Feel Like A Nobody
When you feel like the odd one out…the ugly duckling…the weirdo…remember that you are one of a kind and this world needs you.

We have no expectations, hence no disappointments.

If Father’s Day leaves you feeling lonely and reminds you of what you do not have, you are not alone. Remember who and what you do have, and know that “fathers” don’t have to be biological and they don’t have to be men.
I’ll think of you and wonder how you are, but I won’t pick up that phone, because I know only anger and hurt will be there on the other end. I’ll go on with my life without you in it, though I know you’ll always be on my mind and in my heart.
When someone compliments you, just accept the compliment instead of trying to convince the person that they are wrong.
