What The Hell Is Up With This Pig?

A picture has been circulating on social media that is just plain weird. A picture of this pig:

The pig was discovered when a couple in Morgan Hill, California were out on their ranch and decided to hunt the beast for food. The pair took the pig back to their home to prepare the meat but were absolutely shocked by what they saw under the pig’s skin:

All the fat inside the pig was a fluorescent blue color. Everything else about it was completely normal. Some commenters have suggested that the color may have been due to copper poisoning, but the couple insists that there is no copper they know of in the area.
