When I woke up this morning and checked the Espreso TV feed the first thing I saw was a Ukrainian Armored Personnel Carrier being set alight by a molotov cocktail. As I type this Wednesday afternoon the sun has gone down in Ukraine and there appears to be relative calm in Independence Square.
They dress in drag while making off color jokes about homosexuals and women and those that bailed them out. They also dance and sing. Typical Monday night stuff.
Far more honest than the supposedly well meaning individual looking insincerely to connect with the noble savage is the ignorant bigot. The ignorant bigot is well aware that he’s doing ill to someone. He knows that he is insulting them, that he thinks they are less. This sort of hate can be cured.
At a time when the US is spending billions on cybersecurity we’re still unable to stop the ultimate low tech attack, simply shooting the hell out of something.
