“My name is Jack and this is my partner, Malik,” the short man said with a lisp. I shook both of their hands.
“And what can I do for you, Jack?”
Jack inched towards me. “I’m the leader of the group that contacted you earlier. May I come inside?”

Jack moved to the edge of the couch. I could have sworn I heard someone moving around upstairs.
“Dominick, I don’t think you understand. I need you to come to our meeting tomorrow. I wouldn’t be so adamant if you hadn’t told other people about what happened earlier.” Jack said with a big, toothy grin.
I started getting this really odd tingling feeling in my hands, like I had a wave flowing through them.
