Trust And Learn To Let Go

Did you know that the scientific explanation of Chaos theory teaches us to expect the unexpected? Chaos theory is the science of surprises, of the nonlinear and the unpredictable like turbulence, weather, the brain states, or the stock market.

These phenomena are often described by fractal mathematics, which captures the infinite complexity of nature. However, scientists argue that order can come out of chaos, and that increasing disorder can somehow generate order and stability at the same time.

Could it be that chaos is essential to progress and repair to restore balance in the universe? This could also imply that letting go of your resistance to certain matters could manifest order and healing. Therefore, it could validate the fact that if you do nothing, you could actually accomplish everything!

We now see how it is possible for the universe to increase both chaos and organization at the same time. The optimistic and pessimistic arrows of time can co-exist: the universe can display creative unidirectional progress even in midst or disorder, turbulence, and chaos!

Become willing to surrender. Breathe, relax, and learn to let go. You can never see the whole picture. You don’t always know what anything or anyone is for. Stop fighting against yourself and desiring people and events in your life should be different. Your plan maybe different from your soul’s intention. All answers come from within. Listen to your quiet voice because it represents your higher self and the loud voice is your ego.  In stillness, you will find yourself.

Sometimes it is best not to overthink about things. Just go with the flow and embrace the mysteries of the unknown. Trust that things will work out. But for now and as always, focus on self-care and self-love. Explore the many possibilities your life could bring. Pursue your interests, passion, and goals. That is how you find your authentic self. Give yourself permission to find happiness. Try not to seek the answers to your questions right now.  Soon, you’ll be surprised to find out that things will fall in the right places and the answers will come when you least expect it.
